Jan Pritchard
Jan Pritchard is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a former Chairman and Secretary of the Gwent & Powys branch of the Institute. She oversees accountancy issues in the practice, as well as related taxation advice. Jan is an active member of the Offa Group, which organises taxation and other lectures for professionals throughout Wales and the Marches.
Andrew Morgan
Andrew joined Arthur Gait & Company Limited in 2005. Andrew is an accountancy and finance graduate and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and deals with audit, accountancy and related tax issues (including tax claims for R & D expenditure). Andrew has extensive experience dealing with charities, housing associations and not-for-profit organisations. He is the Treasurer of the ICAEW South Wales Society, a Charity Trustee and acts as a Committee member of various organisations in a personal capacity.
Fleur Jenkins
Fleur has worked in Professional offices since leaving school. Starting her secretarial career in the legal world. She joined Arthur Gait & Company Limited in 1999. In addition to her secretarial roles, Fleur processes payrolls and carries out some of the statutory work.
Jayne King
Jayne is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and deals with audit, accountancy and related taxation issues. Jayne joined the practice in 1985 and deals with all business sectors. Jayne has also acted as a Charity Trustee in a personal capacity.
Martyn Ryan
Martyn joined Arthur Gait & Company Limited in 1984 having previously worked in the industry sector, training in cost and management accountancy and later specialising in financial accounting software and costing systems. He provides I.T. support both in-house and to our various clients as well as providing support and training services (including all aspects of Sage). Martyn can assist in website design and development and also heads up our payroll department that deals with all aspects of payroll for both large and small businesses. Martyn is a fluent Spanish speaker and can provide businesses with translation services if required.
Cameron Williams
Cameron is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants having qualified in 1995 gaining the Association’s prize for the advanced taxation final exam. Cameron has worked in the accountancy profession for over 30 years and deals with audit, accountancy and taxation.
